A Scottish submarine museum to be built in Helensburgh, will include a 39-tonne submarine as its star attraction, as well as an electronic memorial to more than 5000 submariners who have died while serving in the Royal Navy.
The museum will focus on the role of submarines during the First and Second World Wars, through the Cold War, and up to the present day.
