1907 – 2002 George Rickey was an American sculptor who grew up in Helensburgh, living opposite Mackintosh’s Hill House. His large-scale kinetic mobiles grace buildings, parks and plazas throughout the world. He cherished his Scottish childhood and education, and this is a model of Five Open Rectangles, which he gifted to Hill House, 1998.
